Cookie Policy

This Policy explains how topcassinonet uses browser storage on its informational and reservation website for our 100% offline, in-person Edmonton entertainment venue.

A supporting website

Cookies help visitors browse packages and submit reservation requests; they never enable online gaming, wagering, or remote participation.

01 · Scope

What this policy covers

It applies when you visit topcassinonet.com, review a venue package, or use the site to ask about a paid, physical reservation.

The website

Cookies and similar technologies may store or read limited information in your browser. They support page delivery, security, preference memory, and measurement of how our commercial venue information performs.

The venue

The website does not host a game. All poker-style, roulette-style, and hosted entertainment occurs face-to-face at our brick-and-mortar location, using fan-money with no monetary or cash-out value.

Reservations

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Paid reservations are created only through our confirmation process. Cookies do not represent a stake, wager, gaming balance, prize balance, or ownership of fan-money.

Cookies & related storage

Cookies

Small text records placed by a website and returned by a browser. Session cookies expire when the browser session ends; persistent cookies remain until their set expiry or manual deletion.

Local storage

Browser storage can remember choices such as a consent preference. Unlike a traditional cookie, it is not automatically attached to every web request and normally remains until cleared.

Pixels & logs

Small page resources and server logs can record technical events such as a page request, approximate region, browser type, referring page, date, and time to maintain security and understand traffic.

03 · Categories

Why technologies may be used

We limit use to legitimate website operations and the choices you make. Availability may vary by page, device, and consent status.

Strictly necessary

These support security, load balancing, fraud prevention, form delivery, network management, and storage of your cookie choice. They are needed to provide the website you request and generally cannot be switched off through our controls.

Analytics

With consent where required, analytics help us count visits, identify popular package pages, diagnose errors, and improve navigation. We seek aggregated insight rather than a profile of table activity at the physical venue.

Functional & marketing

With consent where required, functional tools remember optional preferences, while marketing tools may measure a campaign that led to a package enquiry. We do not use cookies to offer gambling, calculate odds, hold funds, or facilitate online play.

04 · Data details

Information, duration & recipients

Technology may involve an online identifier, IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, consent status, timestamps, referring URL, pages viewed, interactions, and diagnostic events. Reservation-form content is governed by our Privacy Policy and is not itself a cookie.

A session item lasts for the active visit. Persistent items should last only as long as needed for their stated purpose, consent record, security requirement, or measurement period, after which they expire or are deleted according to provider settings.

Hosting, security, form, analytics, or content providers may process technical data for us under their terms and safeguards. A provider may operate outside Alberta or Canada, where local authorities may lawfully access information. We do not sell cookie data for money.

05 · Control

Your cookie choices

You can control optional technologies while continuing to explore our offline venue. Blocking some storage may reduce website convenience but does not alter the fan-money rules on site.

01

Consent control

Where a consent control is presented, use it to accept or reject optional categories. Necessary storage remains active because it records your selection and supports requested website functions.

02

Browser settings

Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies and site data. Consult your browser help menu. Clearing storage may remove a saved consent choice, so the site may ask again on a later visit.

03

Privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access or correction and ask questions about processing. Review our Privacy Policy for fuller rights, safeguards, and request procedures.

06 · External services

Links, maps & media

Some pages may link to directions, social services, or other independent websites. Following a link lets that operator apply its own privacy and cookie practices, which we do not control.

Embedded services

If a map, video, payment interface, or comparable service is embedded, its provider may receive technical data when it loads. We use consent controls where legally required and encourage you to review the provider’s notice.

Independent destinations

A third-party destination is responsible for its own collection, retention, and sharing. A link is not permission for that provider to operate an online game on our behalf; topcassinonet experiences remain physical and in person.

07 · Accountability

Updates & questions

We review this Policy as website tools, providers, and legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.

Policy changes

Material changes will be presented appropriately on the website, and fresh consent will be requested where required. Earlier choices apply until changed, expired, or superseded by a new valid selection.

Contact

Questions about cookies or a privacy request may be sent to topcassinonet@gmail.com without using a mail link. Include enough detail to identify your browser concern, but never send card details or passwords.
