Venue Agreement · Effective August 19, 2026

Terms of Service

These Terms govern paid reservations and attendance at topcassinonet, our 100% offline, in-person entertainment venue in Edmonton, Alberta.

Physical Venue

Participation requires a physical visit. We do not provide online games, remote wagering, or digital casino play.

01 · Agreement

Who these terms cover

Please read these Terms before purchasing, reserving, visiting, or participating. By completing a paid reservation or entering the venue, you accept them.

Eligible guests

You must have legal capacity to contract and meet the age stated for your selected session. Government-issued photo identification may be required. The person booking is responsible for supplying accurate guest details and ensuring every attendee understands these Terms.

Services covered

These Terms cover admission, reserved tables, hosted poker-style and roulette-style entertainment, private venue packages, food or beverage add-ons, and related face-to-face services described in your written booking confirmation.

Order of documents

Your confirmation, package description, and approved event proposal supplement these Terms. If a specific signed proposal conflicts with these Terms, that proposal controls only for the expressly conflicting commercial detail.

Booking, prices & payment

Confirmation

A request is not a reservation until we issue written confirmation and receive the required payment or deposit. Availability, session length, guest limits, inclusions, taxes, and price are those shown in that confirmation.

Charges

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize the disclosed reservation, add-on, damage, and applicable tax charges. We do not charge a stake, accept a wager, or sell chips redeemable for money.

Changes

Guest-count, time, package, and accessibility changes require our written acceptance and may change the price. Late arrival does not extend a session when another reservation follows.

03 · Entertainment only

Fan-money has no cash value

Our tables recreate the atmosphere and social strategy of classic games without gambling. Participation is always in person and solely for entertainment.

Decorative fan-money chips used for offline entertainment

Play tokens

All chips, notes, points, and credits supplied by us are fan-money props. They remain venue property unless expressly identified as a souvenir and may be issued, reset, or collected by our hosts.

No wagering

Guests may not buy, sell, transfer, cash out, or exchange fan-money for currency, cryptocurrency, merchandise, services, alcohol, prizes of monetary value, or anything else of value. Side bets and private settlements are prohibited.

No prize entitlement

Performance at a table creates no claim to money or valuable prizes. Any complimentary keepsake announced for an event is awarded independently of a stake and subject to the written promotional rules provided at the venue.

04 · Schedule protection

Cancellations, refunds & interruptions

The cancellation deadline and any non-refundable deposit appear in your confirmation. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Missed sessions, removals for misconduct, and unused inclusions are not refundable except where law requires.

If we cancel for reasons within our control, we will offer a reasonable reschedule or refund amounts paid for the unavailable service. We are not responsible for separate travel, accommodation, or third-party costs.

Severe weather, utility failure, emergency order, public-safety incident, labour disruption, or another event beyond reasonable control may require delay, modification, or rescheduling. We will communicate available remedies fairly and comply with mandatory consumer law.

Guest conduct & safety

We curate a welcoming face-to-face experience. Hosts may enforce reasonable instructions needed to protect guests, staff, equipment, and the venue.

01

Respectful behaviour

Harassment, discrimination, threats, cheating, theft, violence, illegal activity, and disruptive intoxication are prohibited. Do not pressure another guest to exchange money or valuables based on table results.

02

House instructions

Follow check-in, occupancy, dress, food-service, photography, equipment, and emergency directions. Alcohol service is governed by applicable law and staff may refuse service or participation where safety requires.

03

Removal & damage

We may deny entry or remove a guest who breaches these Terms without refund. The booking party is responsible for deliberate or negligent damage caused by its attendees, subject to applicable law and documented reasonable costs.

06 · Responsibility

Service standards

We will provide the confirmed in-person service with reasonable care. Images, décor layouts, host assignments, and game sequences are illustrative and may be reasonably substituted without reducing the essential package.

Liability limits

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or our negligence where mandatory law applies. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, or loss arising from a guest’s breach, and aggregate contractual liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected reservation.

Personal property

Guests remain responsible for coats, devices, valuables, and transportation. Tell staff promptly about injury, loss, or damage so it can be documented. Nothing in this section limits rights under Alberta consumer protection law.

07 · Legal details

Privacy, law & contact

These provisions keep the reservation agreement clear while preserving every non-waivable right available to you.

Privacy & cookies

Reservation information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Our website technologies are explained in the Cookie Policy. Venue photography is used only with the permissions described at booking or on site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Courts located in Alberta have jurisdiction, without preventing either party from using a mandatory consumer forum or mutually agreed informal resolution.

Entire agreement

If one term is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. We may update Terms prospectively; the version accepted at booking governs that reservation. Questions may be sent to topcassinonet@gmail.com without creating a hyperlink.
